By using the User Profile Cards for Confluence plugin ("the Plugin"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Customer Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Plugin.

Plugin Usage

The User Profile Cards for Confluence plugin is designed to enhance user profile display within the Atlassian Confluence environment. You agree to use the Plugin in accordance with its intended purpose and within the terms of use defined by Atlassian Confluence.

Data Storage and Privacy

User Responsibilities

The Plugin and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Igor Kosarev.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Igor Kosarev be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Plugin.

Modifications to Terms

These Customer Terms may be revised at any time. Your continued use of the Plugin after any changes to these terms will be deemed as acceptance of those changes.
